  Introducing Dr Steven Gabriel

  Dr. Steven Gabriel, MD is a board-certified physician, who completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at UCLA Medical Center.

  

  He completed his internship at the University of Hawaii, and is fellowship trained in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He attended medical school at SUNY, Downstate medical center in New York, and completed his undergraduate work in microbiology and molecular genetics with a specialization in developmental disabilities at UCLA. While working as an Emergency Department physician, Dr. Gabriel became passionate about disease processes and aging. Because of this passion, he went on to complete a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He looks at aging as a disease process that we can stop rather than the inevitable course of life. 

  Dr. Gabriel’s focus is in creating your optimal biologic outcome at the cellular level. His passion is in finding the absolute best superfoods, ways to eat, exercise programs, and proteins that work to make changes at the DNA and cellular level to create the youngest version of you. He has had the privilege of working with athletes and captains of industry to find the best solutions in reversing the aging process.

  He has done further training in IV nutrition, genetics, skin and hair health, stem cells, and cellular rejuvenation.

  CARNOSINE - slows telomere shortening by reducing oxidation of our telomeres, and delays cells from becoming senescent (asleep) Aging can be reversed at the cellular level, i.e telomere length and also at the systems level.   GLUTATHIONE-This is the master anti-Oxidant of all cells. Studies show that there is a direct relationship between glutathione levels and Telomerase activity.
  
  CYCLOASTREGENOL-has been found in multiple studies to stimulate telomerase activity, and lengthen telomeres.

  PTEROSTILBENE- is a potent anti-oxidant, and is a more bioavailable type of Resveratrol. It is shown to cause apoptosis (programmed cell death) in mutated, and aged cells that would otherwise go on to cause aging.
  
  QUERCETIN-this known senolytic is an antioxidant and has a powerful role in in causing apoptosis (programmed cell death) and in causing cells to go to sleep that are no longer functioning correctly. There are multiple studies looking at Quercetin and it’s effects on diseases related to aging.
  
  ZINC-plays a powerful role working with Quercetin. Quercetin uses Zinc to carry out it’s role as a senolytic.
  
  EGCG (Epigallocatechin)-the most powerful polyphenol in green tea, and is what is responsible for Green Tea’s anti aging effects. EGCG has a powerful role in regulating “sick cells”-it has senolytic effects causing cells that are aged or damaged to stop functioning and therefore prevent aging and disease.
